稳定同位素实验室

 1. 实验室简介:稳定同位素实验室拥有国际先进的仪器设备是国内最早开展稳定同位素分析的实验室之一。自上个世纪80年代以来,实验室先后引进了MAT 251MAT 271、 MAT 252Delta Plus XPMAT 253Isoprime 100Delta V等国际先进的气体同位素质谱计。通过与气相色谱仪(GC)、元素分析仪(EA)等辅助设备的联用,可全面实现石油、天然气、岩矿、流体包裹体、现代沉积物、植物、水体等各种样品的碳、氢、氧 氮等稳定同位素组成分析。目前同位素实验室实验条件已经达国内外先进水平。多年以来,稳定同位素实验室为依托单位及相关领域的大批国家级项目提供了一流的技术支撑,有力地保障了这些项目的顺利进行并发表了一大批高质量的学术论文。

2.仪器设备简介:
        2.1  MAT 253 气体稳定同位素质谱计

      该仪器由美国赛默飞科技公司制造(产地:Bremen, Germany),2012年引进入本实验室。系统配有气相色谱、元素分析仪及气体浓缩装置(Precon)等外部设备。该仪器可以提供天然气、原油、烃源岩中单分子化合物的碳、氢同位素组成分析及固体全样品碳、氮等同位素分析。

  该仪器主机由英国Isoprime公司制造,元素分析仪(型号:Pryocube由德国元素公司(Elementar)制造,2013年引入本实验室。系统可实多种固体、液体样品的碳、氮、氢、氧、硫元素含量及稳定同位素组成分析。

   2.6  MAT 271高分辨气体成分质谱

MAT 271 气体成分质谱计(1992年引入)

可直接分析各类天然气样品中CH4C2H6C3H8H2N2O2CO2ArHe、等成分的分析。相对于传统分析方法,该仪器测试精度高。通过加装固体样品加热系统,可实现固体样品包裹体或吸附气气体成分分析。

2.7 气相色谱仪
实验室拥有各类气相色谱仪多台(型号:Ultra GCGC1000Agilent 6890GC9160等),配有TCDFIDPPD等检测器,可实现天然气样品各类化合物的分析检测。

样品分析须知:

  容器密封性会对碳氢同位素值产生影响,建议利用钢瓶或者密封玻璃器皿取样,而不建议用气袋(如:铝箔袋、气囊等)。价格是基于在技术人员的指导下协助完成,如果完全委托本实验室进行,个别分析项目价格需协商定价。此价格不包含某些特殊样品前处理费用(如:碎样、有机质提取等),另外,在同样条件下本实验室优先安排本单位样品,如外部加急样品,需协商定价。

李中平:博士、研究员,博士生导师,中科院青年创新促进会会员,中科院西部之光青年学者,气体同位素实验室负责人。2009年毕业于中国科院兰州地质研究所获得地球化学专业博士学位。目前主要从事油气同位素地球化学研究及技术研发工作。目前已在国内外期刊发表各类文章80余篇(其中SCI收录36篇),审理发明专利24项(已授权16项)。目前任中科院西北生态环境资源研究院油气资源研究中心副主任、西北研究院公共技术服务中心副主任,甘肃省油气资源研究重点实验室副主任、西北院地球化学分析测试中心主任。目前担任中国矿物岩石地球化学学会气体地球化学专业委员会秘书长、中国地质学会同位素地质专业委员会委员、甘肃省分析测试技术与仪器学会理事。
